10:15 - 10:30 AM: Alison is glad that Jacob is whizzing through his homework. Listens to him marvel at the usefulness of u-substitutions. Writes her name/teacher’s name/class/date on the left-hand corner of my AP English Literature essay. Brainstorms ideas for title.
10:30 AM: Alison decides that title is unnecessary. Asks herself why she thought coming up with a title would be a good idea. Jacob announces need to excrete feces.
10:40 AM: Alison has written one sentence for her essay. Jacob exits bathroom.

10:50 AM: Bell rings, signifying the end of third period. Jacob emits creepy giggle, accompanied by an even creepier grin, and leaves.
